It was already up premarket. At first, I was planning to wait for the 2 cent break. But OTCBB orders are very slow, and I was scared it would rocket past that point. There was TONS of message board hype. So I put in an order before the market, and it executed 30 seconds after the market open. I got in for 200,000 shares at 1.75 cents.
It rocketed all the way up to 2.5 cents. I was up $1500!!!!!!
It then quickly came back down to below 2 cents. It dipped for a second back down to 1.75 cents. I almost got scared out of my position, but I held. Good thing, because it came back to 2 cents and consolidated there. It then gradually climbed to 2.5 cents again. I considered taking some profit and maybe re-entering later, but I wanted to hold this one to see if it would break 2.5 cents. Plus, I didn't want to waste a day-trade and have Osama Bin SEC come after me for violating the pattern day trader rule.
Unfortunately, UVSE couldn't break the 2.5 cent resistance point, and it ended up falling all the way back down to 1.8 cents again. I was a bit worried, but I was still up about $300 on my position, and the day chart still looked good. I held, and it closed at .0199 cents.
Despite being up $1500 at one point and not taking the profit, I'm glad I held. The stock had HUGE volume today, but again didn't move as much as the volume would suggest. Why? As I said yesterday, the company was printing more shares. The share count doubled today. There's a rumor going around that the printing is now done. If that's true (and it's just a rumor, remember), this has room to skyrocket.
Regardless of whether the rumor's true, I'm just playing the chart. The big volume, the green candle above yesterday's candle, closing right at 2 cent resistance, RSI below 30 indicating the stock is oversold, and the MACD crossover are all strong bullish signs. Combine that with the fact it's an oil/gas play (which is a hot sector), tons of message board hype, and possible end of the dilution, this has strong potential to double or triple in price in the coming days.
Again, let's compare UVSE's chart....

...to HTOG'S chart.....

Notice the MACD crossover and the candles showing reversal.
It will be interesting to see what the short trading day holds tomorrow and if people will try to load up on shares before the holiday weekend.
