UVSE vs HTOG comparison

After posting about one of my worst trades ever, I've been doing some investigation into UVSE and why Darkmatter was big into getting into this stock.

First, let's compare the charts for UVSE and HTOG.

Here's UVSE.

And here's HTOG.

Look almost identical, huh?

On top of that, both companies sold shares to help take care of debt. This diluted the stock and is why they both fell off a cliff....HTOG at the end of May, and UVSE is mid-June.

However, once the dilution stopped with HTOG, it exploded on June 24. In fact, somebody on investorshub called it just a few days before.

UVSE is showing a similar set up. It had huge volume today, but no price movement because a big chunk of it was new shares being sold to take care of the debt.

However, at some point, this dilution will stop too, just like with HTOG. Which means UVSE could also explode in the same manner. Currently people are speculating that the impact of the dilution will be gone within the next few days.

And now, the message boards on UVSE are looking eerily similar to HTOG before its big run.

While I completely f'ed up by buying into UVSE today, and blindly following Darkmatter, I now understand the rationale behind buying into it. But, as I said in my blog, I should've waited for a dip or the close before I jumped into it....and I should've had an understanding as to why I was buying. I was buying blind....a big no-no.

I will continue to keep it on my radar, and I will watch for some price movement at the market open before I even consider buying this time.
